July 29th, 2010 – Last month the House of Representatives passed the Home Star Energy Retrofit Act of 2010 (H.R. 5019) or “Cash for Calkers”. The bill still needs to clear the Senate but supporters predict it will go through by the end of summer. There are thirteen retrofits eligible for rebates.
