A gallon of paint at $20-25 gets expensive especially when you can’t return the product after use. A great option offered by most major brands are paint samples. Costing anywhere from $3-5  per sample, it’s a cost effective way to make sure your happy with the end result.

Tip: For a more flexible option, try your test on a piece of white poster board to easily move from room to room.
